Kathy began her career with Northwestern Mutual in 2002. Having worked in education for a number of years, Kathy decided to take her career from educator in the classroom to educator in financial services. As an advisor, it all began with her deep desire to make a generational impact. She longed to hear the stories, the goals, and the dreams of those she connected with. To Kathy, financial planning is a process and a journey, and she loves to walk every step of that out with her clients. With shared mutual values, she and her partner, Joseph Montgomery co-founded Provisio Wealth Advisors in 2022.

Kathy loves to volunteer and when not volunteering, Kathy will likely be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Steve, if not chasing (or being chased by) three busy grandchildren!

Joseph started building his wealth management practice in 2013 while he was finishing college. A passion for helping people and building enduring relationships is what led Joseph to build his niche practice. After years of being a solo practitioner and a brief stint playing professional rugby for the Seattle Seawolves, he teamed up with Kathy Sanchez and they co-founded Provisio Wealth Advisors.

Joseph, lives in Bellevue with his wife, Ariel, and son, Darius. When he's not spending time with clients, he can be found on the Jiu Jitsu mats, playing rugby, or deep in the backcountry of Washington fueling his soul with outdoor adventure as well as mentoring those interested in learning how to backpack, camp, hunt, and fish. To the Montgomery's, community is a core value and they are always looking for opportunities to invest in the people they are around.
